Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email, name, and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google).
• Trading activity — bets, rules, bots, and chat messages you create, along with paper and live trading history and balances.
• Broker credentials (optional) — if you opt in to autonomous live trading, an encrypted copy of your Kalshi API key ID and private key, stored using AES-256-GCM encryption. This is never logged or returned by any API response, and only used to place the trades you've configured.
• Usage data — basic technical data like device/browser information, needed to operate the Service reliably.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, execute the bets and rules you configure, generate AI recommendations and chat responses, run bots on your behalf, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

3. Third parties we share data with

• OpenAI — processes chat messages and game data to generate AI recommendations and responses.
• Kalshi — receives your order details (via your own API credentials) to execute live trades.
• Infrastructure providers — our database and hosting providers store your account and trading data on our behalf, under standard provider security controls.

We don't sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and to remember preferences like your trading mode. These aren't used for third-party advertising.

5. Data security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Broker private keys, when stored for autonomous live trading, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted in memory at the moment an order is placed. You can revoke stored broker credentials at any time in Settings.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
